Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: June 5, 2026
Last Updated: June 5, 2026

Summary: Clique Calendar ("Clique Cal" or the "App"), published by Ribbon Studios, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These published standards explain how we prohibit such conduct, how users can report it, how we respond, and how to reach our child safety point of contact. They apply to everyone who uses the App and the cliquecal.com website (together, the "Services").

1. Our Commitment

Ribbon Studios is committed to keeping children safe and to making Clique Calendar a platform that can never be used to harm a child. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form, and we comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate. These standards are published publicly and are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

The following are strictly prohibited on Clique Calendar and across all of our Services. Anyone found engaging in this conduct will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, linking to, or storing any image, video, text, or other content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE): any content or behavior that sexualizes a minor, including sexualization, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of a child.
  • Grooming and predatory behavior: contacting, befriending, or building a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation, whether online or offline.
  • Inappropriate contact with minors: any sexual communication with, or solicitation of, a person known or believed to be a minor.
  • Promotion or facilitation: encouraging, normalizing, or providing instructions that facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

3. Age Requirement

Clique Calendar is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create an account or use the App. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will remove the account and delete the associated data.

4. In-App Reporting and User Feedback

Clique Calendar provides an in-app mechanism for users to report content, accounts, or behavior that may violate these standards, including suspected CSAE or CSAM. Reports are routed to our Trust & Safety team for prompt review. Users can also report concerns and send feedback at any time by emailing the contacts listed in Section 7.

We encourage every user who encounters content or conduct that may harm a child to report it immediately so that we can act quickly.

5. How We Respond to CSAM

When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE on our Services, whether through a user report, our own detection, or a third-party notice, we take the following actions:

  • Remove the content as quickly as reasonably possible.
  • Disable and ban the responsible account(s) and take steps to prevent the offender from returning.
  • Preserve evidence as required to support investigations and legal reporting obligations.
  • Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authorities, as required by applicable law.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations in any resulting investigation.

6. Legal Compliance

Ribbon Studios complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations to report apparent CSAM to NCMEC under United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and equivalent requirements in other jurisdictions where our Services are available. We review these standards regularly to keep them current with legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

We maintain a dedicated point of contact for child safety matters. If you need to report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, or have any question about these standards, please contact our Trust & Safety team:
