Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Clique Calendar app:

1. Open the Clique Calendar app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app — for example, you have lost your device or cannot sign in — you can ask us to delete your account for you. Use the link below to request that your account and all associated data are deleted:

To help us verify the request, please send it from the email address associated with your account. If you cannot, include enough detail for us to locate the account.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we:

• permanently remove your authentication record, so the account can no longer be used to sign in;
• delete your user profile, including your display name, username, avatar, and stored push-notification tokens;
• delete your friend connections, pending friend requests, and group memberships;
• delete your synced calendar busy-time ranges;
• delete your events, RSVPs, and in-app notifications;
• cancel the events for which you are the organizer.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, records needed for tax, security, or abuse-prevention purposes. Anything retained is access-restricted and deleted once the applicable legal retention period ends. We do not sell personal information.

How long it takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are acknowledged promptly and completed within 45 days, usually much sooner.
